Carolinas AGC is proud to announce the second webinar in its brand-new Webinar Education Series.
To help members address increased union activity in the Carolinas, Carolinas AGC (CAGC) will hold a free one-hour GoTo webinar on Friday, August 4, at 1:00 p.m. The webinar will feature nationally recognized labor lawyer, Mark Stubley, Ogletree Deakins. The webinar will cover hiring and management processes and procedures necessary to deal with union organizing tactics. Is your employee application process secure? Are you prepared for job site union activity? Are your employee records protected? These are just a few of the issues, which will be addressed.
Members are encouraged to have anyone in their company who qualifies as an employee supervisor (in the office and field) to participate. For those member companies who are not able to participate, the webinar will be posted to the members only section of our web site for later download and viewing.
To participate in the webinar, please contact Allen Gray, 704-609-0760, AGray@CarolinasAGC.org to register and secure a password.
This is an update to an article, CAGC Helps Protect Members Against Union Activity, that ran in the June 28 issue of CAGC’s News Break.
